What versions of QuickBooks® do you provide
QuickBooks® Pro and Premiere 2008 – 2009
QuickBooks® Enterprise 8 and 9

Will I be able to print to my local printer?
Yes! If you have Windows XP or newer, you will be able to print to your local printers. Some standard Microsoft patches are required. See our support document for more information.

Are there any limitations of QuickBooks® Anywhere compared to installing it locally?
The only limitation is an Internet connection. QuickBooks® Anywhere will have all of the same features and functionality as a local installation. In many cases it will run even faster than a local installation.

Can I download a copy of my QuickBooks® file to my local computer?
Yes. You can download a copy at any time. Please be careful not to confuse local copies with the files on our QuickBooks® Anywhere servers.

How can I ensure that my data is secure?
Your files will be hosted on HP servers with fully redundant hardware and backed up nightly to two remote servers with full AES 256 bit encryption. We retain backups for two full weeks. We also follow industry standards for remote desktop access with two separate logins to gain access to your data.

How is your solution better than the competition?
Your QuickBooks® licenses are included with your subscription. That includes a free upgrade each year when the new edition is released. You never have to purchase QuickBooks® again! We host QuickBooks® on Windows Server 2008 which is vastly superior to most companies that still host using Windows Server 2003. There are great improvements in speed, accessibility, and printing support.

Can I host my own QuickBooks®, rather than pay a monthly subscription?
Absolutely, and we can help with that. We are QuickBooks® ProAdvisors and Microsoft Certified IT system integrators. We can help you determine if it is more cost effective to host your own QuickBooks® server than to outsource it. We can help you through the whole process and provide maintenance and support after the initial setup.
